Mrs. Diana came to classroom with a big smile and said %u201cGood morning, everybody! Are ready to explore another secrets of being healthy again?%u201dAll the students replied, %u201cYes, we are, we are, we are!%u201d%u201cEating healthy foods means to help your body stay strong and feel good. These foods have important stuff like vitamins and minerals that your body needs to stay active and healthy. To eat healthy, it%u2019s good to have a lot of different foods. You should try to eat at least five servings of fruits and vegetables every day,%u201d said Mrs. Diana.Now, let%u2019s talk about the different types of foods. There are five main groups, and it%u2019s a good idea to eat a little bit from each group to make your diet balanced and healthy. Here are the groups:
